Frequently Asked Questions
Questions about the repair process? Find quick answers below.
What happens after I submit my repair request?
You will immediately receive by email discounted repair rates, and shipping costs for us to ship back your completed Adjusters. Before you pack your Adjusters for shipping, you will be provided the exact repair costs for your Adjusters, including the cost to have us ship your fully repaired Adjusters back to you. You will also receive detailed shipping instructions within the same email, to ship your broken instruments to us for repair.
What if I don’t know what’s wrong with my Adjusters?
No problem. We are able to diagnose most issues. If the problems your Adjusters are having is not obvious, then it would be great to have you make some type of informal note indicating what problems you’ve been having with each Adjuster you send.
Do I need to know the exact model?
Most Adjusters have their manufacturer’s brand name and model on the Adjuster. Some of the Activators are not identified, so we have a page,
Activator Identification. This will help you choose the correct Adjuster so you can get an accurate price on the repairs.
How will I receive shipping instructions?
When you click/tap “
Get My Discounted Repair Cost” you will receive shipping instructions immediately to the email address you provide on the repair form.
Can I send multiple Adjusters?
Yes. The repair form allows you to choose as many Adjusters and different brands and models needing repairs. Discount pricing will be clearly itemized, then totaled, within the email you will receive with shipping instructions. If you choose any wrong Adjusters, or make a mistake by incorrectly selecting the wrong amount of Adjusters, you can change the form before submitting. If you have made mistakes after submitting the repair form, you can always fill out the form again with the corrected information and have it transmitted to your email inbox again.
