In 2011, we saw a need within the chiropractic profession for reliable, reasonably priced repairs of chiropractic adjusting instruments, especially for older instruments where repair services were not available. We started small, repairing only a few instrument types, and we have grown over these past years to offer repair services on many more adjusting instrument models for thousands of doctors in many countries.
As our business has grown, we have maintained the same customer service experience as when we were small. We aim to be responsive to each customer’s needs. Our focus is entirely on the repair of chiropractic adjusting instruments – we do not sell any instruments or offer any other products for sale. Many of the adjusters we repair are fairly new, right after the manufacturer’s warranty expires, but we have also repaired instruments that are decades old. Often, your choice is either purchasing an instrument or having it repaired. Sometimes repairing may not have been an option because of the condition of the adjuster, but in almost all cases we do offer the alternative of repair.
